Our role on the day of the event is to be the central point of contact ensuring that everything runs smoothly and everything comes together seamlessly to create a successful and memorable event.
Event set up and management
– Oversee the setup of the event space including décor, lighting, seating arrangements and signage
– Ensure all equipment, audio visuals and technical elements are functioning correctly
Vendor Coordination
– Coordinate with the various vendors such as catering, entertainment, florists and photographers/videographers to ensure they arrive on time and have everything they need
Guest Coordination
– Supervising the registration or check-in process for all guests
– Manage any VIP guests or an special requirements
– Supervise guest lists and name badges
Timeline management
– Adhering to the event schedule and making sure all activities or presentations happen on time
– Communicate with all presenters, speakers and performers to ensure they are aware of their time slot
Problem solving
– Handle any unexpected issues that may arise during the event quickly making decisions and finding solutions to keep your event on track
– Have a plan in place for any emergencies such as medical incidents
Post-Event Wrap up
– Oversee the event break down and clean up of the event space after guests have departed
